Who Is Devan Lochees?

Also known as The Chronicler, Devan Lochees prepares a manuscript. Made famous from his work The Mating Habits of the Common Draccus, since then Lochee’s has traveled up and down the Great Stone Road numerous times to interview kings to commoners.

I’ve come face to face with an Arch Fey and left with my wits. Been robbed, beaten and tortured, and left with both my life and my sanity. I’ve traveled The Great Stone Road from start to finish, all 3,000 miles on horse or foot. I’ve slept in the streets of Tarbean from Dockside to Port to collect stories from those who had no choice but to do the same. I’ve collected the stories of Skarpi, Felurian and the Cthaeh. I’ve interviewed Kvothe. In three days recorded the story of his life and came out alive. I am The Chronicler, you may have heard of me. 

You can call me Devan, Devan Lochees. As I was traveling to find Kvothe, I was stopped by guards patrolling the Great Stone Road.
